Spring Valley man arrested after 'ghost gun' found during home raid

Jason Jefferson, a 52-year-old man from Spring Valley, was arrested Tuesday after San Diego County Sheriff's deputies served a search warrant at his home as part of an investigation into illegal firearms manufacturing.
