Structures threatened, roads closed as new wildfire sparks near Enoch

IRON COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) -- A new wildfire started in Iron County on Sunday evening, according to Utah Fire Info.

Information is limited at this time, but officials said that the fire is burning near I-15 and the city of Enoch. According to the Utah Department of Transportation, the fire caused a road closure on southbound I-15 at milepost 64.

UDOT said the estimated clearance time was just after 6 p.m. on Sunday. A traffic camera from UDOT captured the smoke near the road.
