Syracuse man pleads not guilty to DWI in crash that injured three, including tow truck driver

47-year-old Samuel Conde pleaded not guilty Monday to driving while intoxicated. Conde, who lives two hours away in the Syracuse area, was arrested after three people, including 61-year-old tow truck driver Brian Wason, were injured in a late-night crash on July 17th.
