TBI adds Nolensville hit-and-run driver to Most Wanted list

According to Nolesnville police, investigators believe 24-year-old Allen Bautista Milla was driving a vehicle erratically along Nolensville Pike on Dec. 10, 2025, before crashing into a bicyclist — identified as 31-year-old Blaise Schaeffer of Nolensville — who was pronounced dead at TriStar Nolensville. The crash happened shortly after 11 p.m.
