TBI identifies man in Bristol Highway death investigation

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation released the identity of a man who died on Bristol Highway over the weekend. The TBI identified the man as Geoffrey DeVault, 52.
