Tea man charged, abortion back to judge, algae in Wall lake

A Tea man is facing murder charges stemming from a deadly shooting that happened two months ago. 59 year old Timothy Overton allegedly shot and killed 19 year old Isaiah Morales back on June 3rd.

 An effort to get the abortion issue before South Dakota voters in November is back in the hands of a circuit court judge.

Minnehaha County Emergency Management recently discovered high levels of harmful algae blooms at Wall Lake.
