Photo Courtesy Texas Game Warden STARR COUNTY, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Game Wardens in Starr, Jim Hogg and Zapata Counties have been working to maintain control over illegal netting practices on Falcon Lake.
Fishing guides in the area have reported seeing hoop nets in the waters of commercial fishing vessels operating on the Texas side of Falcon Lake.
The wardens say they located and seized seven hoop nets.
