Texas Tech puts on 'Walk with a doc' event

ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) - The Texas Tech Health Science Center is holding its second Walk with a doc event this Saturday, May 6th. Health care providers encourage locals to join as they look to build relationships with the community members. This weekend's theme is the health benefits of sun protection.

The event will be held at the University of Texas Permian Basin's walking trail at 9am.
