Thousands without power after Tropical Storm Beryl hits Arkansas

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Tropical Storm Beryl brought heavy rains, damaging winds and likely tornadoes throughout Arkansas Monday night, leaving thousands without power.

As of 8 a.m. Tuesday morning, PowerOutage.us is reporting 17,579 Arkansans without power.

White County is currently the most impacted within the state with 2,677 residents without power. Arkansas electric provider Entergy customers are also impacted the most in the Natural State with over 11,000 reported outages.

The National Weather Service and the Arkansas Storm team is still tracking Beryl as the remnants of the storm pushes through northern and western Arkansas.
