Tibetan Buddhist monks conclude weeklong North County visit with sacred ceremony

Tibetan Buddhist monks from the Gaden Shartse Monastery visited Carlsbad, California to construct a sacred sand mandala, a symbol of peace, compassion, and impermanence, and to share Buddhist teachings.
