Traffic alert: Northbound SR-125 connector in Spring Valley to close this weekend

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- The northbound state Route 125 connector in Spring Valley will be closed this weekend due to maintenance work.

Starting Saturday at 5 p.m. until Monday at 5 a.m., slab replacement and additional roadway work will shut down the Jamacha Road onramp to northbound SR-125, as well as a three-lane reduction on northbound SR-125 from Jamacha Road to the Troy Street overcrossing, Caltrans said in a news release Wednesday. The connector from the South Bay Expressway (toll road) to northbound SR-125 will also be closed from Sunday at 5 a.m. until Monday at 5 a.m.
