UAMS receives $2.4 million grant to study aging and brittle bones

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences received a $2.4 million grant from the National Institute on Aging to study how enhancing autophagy might combat bone loss in aging adults and individuals with osteogenesis imperfecta.
