UPDATE: MONDAY 8/17/2026 7 a.m. (PUEBLO COUNTY, Colo.) -- The Pueblo County Coroner has identified the victim of the fatal flood in Beulah Valley on Sunday, Aug. 16, as 80-year-old Henry R.
