BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Bakersfield Police Department have announced that the 12-year-old who was last seen on Tuesday has been located. Law enforcement located Honesty Buchanan, who was found after being last seen on the 7100 block of Prism Way on June 23, around 8 p.m.
