SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) -- At the end of May, the Love Letters Music Festival announced the star-studded lineup for its upcoming September shows -- but on Aug. 6, the festival's social media posted that the Love Letters Music Festival was canceled.
The festival was set to run in Salt Lake City over three days and three nights in September, featuring headliners Joji, Quinn XCII, and Ashnikko. ABC4.com reached out to S&S Presents -- the company overseeing the organization of Love Letters -- to learn more about why the event was canceled.
Nic Smith, the managing director of S&S Presents, told ABC4.com that the music festival "encountered a few issues that we just weren't able to resolve."
