Valley UCAS locations offering back-to-school haircuts

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Three University of Cosmetology Arts & Sciences campuses are hosting a free back-to-school kids' haircut event on Friday, Aug. 9.

The campuses in Brownsville, Harlingen, and McAllen will provide the service for children Pre-K through 12th grade beginning at 10 a.m.

Services will be performed by students supervised by instructors. If a child is not able to receive a haircut then a raincheck coupon will be given for a later date.
