'We have taken meaningful action': Police heighten security measures ahead of WestFest after 2025 shooting

Additional security precautions are set to be implemented at the annual WestFest celebration at Centennial Park in June. These measures will be in place to ease stress following a fatal shooting that left three people dead, including an eight-month-old toddler at last year's festival.
