Westbound Rockville Road closed due to ‘unknown substance’

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Wayne Township is warning drivers to avoid the area of Rockville Road from the train bridge to Country Club Road for an unknown substance on the road.

A photo posted to X shows a dark substance on the road, while authorities work the scene, they advise to find an alternate route.
