SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) - Delegates around the country are starting to virtually vote to officially pick the new democratic nominee for this year's presidential election.
President Joe Biden endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris as she's raised over 81 million dollars within the first 24 hours of her campaign.
Now the next question is who would she pick as her running mate?
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz appeared on the short-list of potential vice presidents along with 11 others. On Tuesday he was asked about being Kamala Harris' potential running mate.
"I'm not going to talk about the specifics on that and at this point in time we're just going to leave it at that," Governor Tim Walz said.
Although Harris hasn't officially been chosen as the Democratic presidential nominee, a state senator from Minnesota says they can't see anyone else being on the ticket.
