Woman charged with DUI, hit-and-run in crash that killed bicyclist

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A woman accused of a hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist was charged Tuesday with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. Tamera Popoy, 35, also faces DUI and hit-and-run charges and multiple traffic infractions -- including driving without a valid driver's license. Her arraignment was postponed Tuesday to July 7.
