Woman threatened Altoona police with rock, parked at their station during chase, APD said

ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) -- An Altoona woman was arrested over the weekend after allegedly threatening police with a rock before taking off in her car only to park in front of the police station during Hoopsfest.

Angela Hatch, 49, was allegedly driving erratically on 9th Avenue, blaring her horn and throwing items from her car when Altoona police were called around 8 a.m. Saturday, July 20, charges show. Police made contact with her in a parking lot on the 800 block of 19th Street where she was sitting with her car door open. Police noted there were items all over the ground around the car door including cigarettes and rubber ducks.
