MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) - Zoo Midland is wrapping 10 signal boxes throughout the city in vibrant animal patterns, all in an effort to connect the community and build excitement for the upcoming project.
"Zoo Midland is more than just a zoo; it's a destination that will foster pride and joy within the community. 'Zoo Midland in the Wild' is our way of inviting everyone to be a part of this journey and celebrate the spirit of exploration and adventure right here in Midland," said Zoo Director Jason Green.
The Zoo said the initiative is part of its mission to engage the local community and build anticipation for the city's residents and future visitors. "Zoo Midland in the Wild" is just the beginning of several activities planned to ensure the new zoo is a beloved institution for years to come, according to Zoo Midland.
