32 abandoned, illegally parked vehicles towed in Northeast Philadelphia to help combat crime

Police in the 15th District, the Philadelphia Parking Authority and Licenses and Inspections teamed up to tow 32 abandoned and illegally parked vehicles in Northeast Philadelphia on Friday.
