99-year-old church building at 17th and O set to be razed, rebuilt as upscale housing

The building at the northeast corner of 17th and O streets has been a church for 99 years. Now, after three or four incarnations over the past century, the place we now know as the River Church is looking for a new home. The building is about to be leveled.
