Arkansas Storm Team Forecast: Rain's in the forecast, but drought breeds drought

While there's plenty of rain chances in the forecast this week, they look more promising than they actually are. Most of the state will be lucky to see an inch of rainfall through Saturday, April 18. Rain chances (and storm chances) are better to the west. The drought lives on.
