Cesar Chavez statue covered at Cal State San Marcos following sexual abuse allegations

California State University San Marcos has covered a statue and signs honoring labor leader Cesar Chavez following sexual abuse allegations against him, and has renamed its annual Day of Service to the North County Day of Service to focus on community service.
