Hochul proposes to end Essential Plan for New Yorkers

New York's affordable healthcare plan is in jeopardy. Many New Yorkers could lose their Essential Plan healthcare coverage in July. H.R. 1, the Big Beautiful Bill, as President Trump calls it, cut existing Obamacare funding for states.
