House Ethics panel opens investigation into sexual misconduct allegations against Rep. Eric Swalwell

The House Ethics Committee has begun an investigation into whether California Rep. Eric Swalwell engaged in sexual misconduct toward an employee working under his supervision, the panel announced Monday.
