Hyde Park man faces 15 counts in sexual assault case

A Hyde Park man has been arraigned on a 15-count indictment charging him for a series of sexual assaults. According to the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office, 40-year-old Daniel Smith is accused of sexually assaulting another person several times in March.
