Newark, NJ – Federal immigration authorities have arrested a Cuban national in New Jersey with a criminal record that includes sexual offenses involving a minor and multiple burglary convictions, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Newark announced the arrest of Alvaro Modesto Tuero Castaneda on March 17, identifying him as a non-citizen with an extensive criminal history in the state.
