Jeffco SWAT member was drunk responding to Evergreen High School shooting

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office confirmed Thursday that a sergeant who was a member of the agency's SWAT team during its response to the Evergreen High School shooting on Sept. 10 was drunk.
