Kristi Noem to address border security at Otay Mesa press conference

Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem will hold a press conference in Otay Mesa on Thursday to discuss the Trump Administration's border security and drug-seizure efforts, joined by Chief of the United States Border Patrol Mike Banks and Customs and Border Protection officials.
