Lawsuit alleges Campbell’s of worker misclassification

The Campbell's Company is being sued for allegedly misclassifying workers and violating state law by using a "direct-store-delivery" model for workers who stock merchandise on retail shelves, which excludes them of minimum wage, overtime pay, and other benefits.
