Little Rock mayor proposes extended curfew for minors following weekend shooting

Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr. is asking the city Board of Directors to approve a special citywide youth curfew from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, beginning April 17 through Sept. 6, in response to a shooting in the city's River Market district.
