Man pleads not guilty in fatal North County hit-and-run

John Alvarado pleaded not guilty to charges of felony hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter stemming from a fatal crash that killed a 62-year-old pedestrian, Carey Faust, in San Marcos on February 21.
