Meth, heroin, malnourished dogs and a stolen handgun allegedly in Peoria home

Edward Jackson, 43, was ordered held pending the outcome of allegations he had large amounts of heroin and methamphetamine at his home, as well as a 9mm pistol, 16 malnourished and injured dogs, and equipment used for dogfighting.
