Navy police officer in court for I-8 crash that killed 2, including La Mesa police officer

The Navy police officer who was arrested for his role in a crash that killed a La Mesa police officer and a 19-year-old man on Interstate 8 last October appeared in court Tuesday morning for a readiness conference.
