INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A street drug popping up across the Midwest has Marion County first responders on high alert.

The Marion County Public Health Department sent a notice to law enforcement and community partners about cychlorphine, a synthetic opioid that testing has shown to be 10 times more potent than fentanyl.
