Peter Comiskey and Balboa Park Cultural Partnership join the Balboa Parking debate

The Balboa Park Cultural Partnership is encouraging City Hall leaders to re-consider paid parking in Balboa Park. Executive Director Peter Comiskey joined "Good Morning San Diego" Thursday to explain why the revenue generated by parking fees doesn't begin to cover the lost revenue associated with fewer patrons visiting the park.
