Petition and rally Wednesday calls on Escondido to cancel its contract with ICE

Escondido City leaders are being urged to cancel its contract with ICE to use its city-owned shooting range, with a petition of over 3,000 signatures delivered to city leaders ahead of the city council meeting on February 25th.
