Police hand over investigation into Taylor Frankie Paul domestic violence allegations to district attorney

Draper Police Department announced that it has handed over its investigation into a domestic violence incident involving reality TV star Taylor Frankie Paul and her ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen to the district attorney.
