Police investigating explosion outside Kakaʻako building

KAKAAKO, Oahu (KHON2) -- Honolulu police are investigating an explosion outside a Kakaʻako building. Police said it happened on Jan. 8, around 3 p.m. on Queen Street when a man threw a canister into a covered driveway of a building.
