LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WISH) – New video released by the Lafayette Police Department shows a glimpse of the coordinated operation to arrest five people in connection to the shooting of a Tippecanoe County judge. 

Authorities say a synchronized operation involving local, state and federal law enforcement saw five arrests in five separate locations, all tied to the shooting of Judge Steven Meyer and his wife, Kimberly. 

“When faced with violence meant to intimidate and disrupt, this community chose strength, we chose unity,” Lafayette Mayor Tony Roswarski said during a Tuesday briefing on the case. “We continue to move forward united, resilient, and unwavering in our commitment to justice.”
