San Diego County to address concerns at Otay Mesa detention center

San Diego County has decided to move forward with an inspection at Otay Mesa Detention Center in response to reports of safety and health concerns, and CoreCivic has stated that it is committed to providing high-quality medical and mental health care for all residents.
