Schenectady Co. Man arrested for waving gun at drivers on I-90

A Schenectady County man has been arrested for allegedly displaying a handgun while passing other drivers on the I-90 Thruway. 51-year-old James W. Reinardt was arrested in connection with the incident on Wednesday.
