SDPD names officer in Spring Valley shooting incident

Officer Henry Ingram Jr. of the San Diego Police Department fired his weapon at suspect Edwaun Walter Thames, who was charged with felony evading a police officer, possession of a stolen vehicle and vehicle theft, after Thames failed to comply with officers' demands and reached for an item on the ground that appeared to be a firearm.
