INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A funeral service on Thursday will celebrate the life and legacy of real estate developer and philanthropist Sidney Eskenazi.

Eskenazi, one of the benefactors of Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis, died at his home on Saturday at age 95. He joins his wife of over 70 years, Lois Eskenazi, who passed away on Jan. 4.

An Indianapolis native, Sidney Esknazi was a graduate of Shortridge High School and Indiana University, where he also received his law degree.
