INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — On Feb. 15, Indianapolis live music linchpin The Jazz Kitchen hosts a live show dedicated to soul icon Erykah Badu.

The 6:30 p.m. Sunday show, “Inspired by Fat Belly Bella,” sees Indianapolis-raised singer Akili Ni Mali lead a group of musicians along the length and breadth of Badu’s back catalogue.

The Jazz Kitchen says attendees should expect a reimagining of Badu’s body of work through a soulful lens of R&B, jazz, and classic hip-hop.
