INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — UNO Pizzeria & Grill in Indianapolis will host hands-on Valentine’s Day deep-dish pizza cooking classes for couples Feb. 13 and Feb. 14. The $99 ticket covers two people and includes a heart-shaped pizza, champagne, salads and dessert.

The event offers an interactive alternative to traditional Valentine’s Day dinners, giving guests the opportunity to learn techniques behind the original Chicago-style deep-dish pizza, first developed in 1943. Instructors guide participants through making dough from scratch and layering ingredients in signature heart-shaped pans.
