INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Santa Clara Police Department and Verizon have completed hundreds of network upgrades ahead of Super Bowl LX to support first responders and emergency communications amid the large crowds expected in the Bay Area.

The improvements are designed to help ensure network stability and capacity for public safety officials during the event. Enhancements include expanded coverage and increased capacity at Levi’s Stadium, as well as upgrades at key fan destinations and transit hubs throughout the region.
